Captek PFM
Captek restorations offer vitality, strength and biocompatibility for your restorative casework. Ceramic is fused to the Captek 22 karat gold understructure, providing a warm, lifelike appearance at the gingival margin. Biocompatible and corrosion resistant due to its composition of 84.5 percent gold and 9 percent platinum group metals, Captek will not oxidize and no toxic or allergic reaction will occur with soft tissue. Captek also exhibits less bacterial accumulation than conventional and full-coverage PFMs. With the new and improved Captek Nano material, Captek now offers 33 percent more density and strength. The material’s capillary attraction technology produces exceptionally strong porcelain understructures that outperform the resistance to fracture of conventionally cast metals.
Composite Restorations
Composite restorations provide a viable, low-cost option for conservative metal-free procedures. Our composites are carefully layered with dentin, enamel and incisal translucencies to blend in more naturally with the surrounding tooth structure. The physical properties are enhanced with additional heat treatment to increase wear and stain-resistance. The lab’s technicians are trained to provide ideal marginal fit, full polymerization and lifelike esthetics.
Our composite restorations can be used to create metal-free bridges up to four units, full crowns, inlays and onlays. It is recommended that the material be used in opposite occlusion with itself, natural tooth structure, composites and resin denture teeth.

Diagnostic Wax-Ups
Diagnostic Wax-Ups are a valuable tool for any smile make over because they give the patient an accurate preview of how his or her finished case will look. With this technique, the lab removes the desired amount of tooth structure from the preoperative model and the restoration is waxed on to the patient’s actual prepped teeth. This method accurately shows the patient, dentist and lab technician what is realistically attainable for the patient. The Diagnostic Wax-Up also helps many patients determine whether to pursue treatment because they can compare this waxed-up model to their existing smile. This diagnostic service provides you with the ultimate treatment planning tool for consistently superior results.
Full Cast
Full cast crown restorations are the standard for long-term durability of posterior crowns. They have been used for over 100 years in dentistry with exceptional success rate. Some of the advantages of full cast crown and bridges are: Minimum preparations is needed, great for limited occlusal spaces, excellent marginal fit, ease of polishing and adjustment.

IPS e.max
IPS e.max is made of monolithic lithium disilicate ceramic and delivers outstanding esthetics and precision fit. An affordable alternative to PFMs and zirconia-based restorations.
Prescribe IPS e.max to achieve optimal esthetics, virtually perfect contacts and occlusion, and impressive strength. Its unique lithium disilicate ceramic provide flexural strength of 360-400 Mpa, making it the ideal high-strength solution for single-unit anterior or posterior crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, screw-retained implant crowns, 3-unit anterior bridges or restorations with minimum preparation dimensions.
Conventionally cement using resin ionomer cements or bond for maximum retention on nonretentive preparations. Lithium disilicate ceramic is biocompatible and provides more than double the flexural strength of IPS Empress Esthetic.

Zirconia
Full contour solid Zirconia is a monolithic zirconia crown, bridge, screw-retained implant crown, inlay or onlay with no porcelain overlay. More brawn than beauty, you’ll be impressed by the esthetics of Zirconia when prescribed instead of metal occlusal PFMs and cast gold restorations. Zirconia, because of its chip-proof durability, is an ideal solution for bruxers who have destroyed their natural teeth or existing dental restorations.
Designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology, Zirconia is sintered for 6.5 hours at 1.530 degrees Celsius to achieve optimum strength. The final Zirconia crown or bridge emerges nearly “bulletproof” and is glazed to a smooth surface.
